Community
We stand for interspecies connection! L’éléphant (from French)—the elephant meets l’enfant (also from French)—the child. And so LELENFANT was born—the idea of a community of young, curious people with the sensitivity, wisdom, and strength of an elephant. By uniting two beings from different worlds—intelligent, open, and kind—we build the values of our community. We work side by side, trumpet by trumpet. There’s strength in numbers!
Friendship
Elephants are among the friendliest and most empathetic animals in the world. They stick together, work in groups, and value cooperation over competition. Friendship is fundamental to us, and for it to develop, we need to meet and work together. Large ears for empathetic listening and getting to know others, and big hearts for making friends around the world, are our main tools. We won’t hesitate to use them!
Openness
Diversity in all its aspects: individual, cultural, linguistic, and social is our hallmark. When language is no longer enough in communication, gesture, sign language, dance, music, and various art forms are our recipe. Creativity is unleashed in openness. Keep your eyes and ears wide open to new horizons and perspectives; you never know when you’ll learn something new. Perhaps then the best adventure will happen to you. We proclaim tolerance and acceptance of others everywhere.
Care
We create and operate together and equally, with care and concern for each other. We know that in a friendly and safe environment of work and play, we are able to express our full potential. Both the great elephant and the small gray mouse, even the buzzing mosquito, have their place in a great undertaking. After all, couldn’t we learn perseverance and consistency from a mosquito, and calmness and empathy from an elephant? Trust in teamwork isn’t built through judgment, but rather through caring and collaborative exchange. “Children teach children” is our motto.
