PRIVACY POLICY OF THE LELENFANT.ORG WEBSITE AND THE FRIENDSHIP ART EDUCATION FOUNDATION

The administrator of your personal data is the Friendship Art Education Foundation, with its registered office in Wrocław, ul. Zygmunta Krasińskiego 42, 50-450 Wrocław, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation.

Your data is processed in connection with the programmatic, documentary, and informational activities of the Foundation. Providing data is necessary to conclude and settle contracts, as well as to ensure the Foundation’s compliance with legal requirements. This applies to employees, collaborators, and volunteers. In terms of informational activities conducted in the form of newsletters, emails, SMS/MMS messages, and sent invitations, providing data is voluntary. Your data is securely stored using appropriate organizational and technical measures of the Foundation and is processed for the purposes mentioned above either indefinitely or temporarily, as required by law or the concluded agreements.

You may request access to your data, rectify, complete, restrict processing, or completely delete it at any time. To do so, please contact us by sending an email to office@fae-foundation.org.

Your data will not be entrusted to third parties for processing, nor will it be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR regulations, you may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
