Volunteering – be part of an international project!
As William Shakespeare said, “All the world’s a stage.” And we, more than anything else, love performing on stage! Especially when we have the opportunity to collaborate with young, creative artists from around the world and witness their empathetic collaboration, which is the cornerstone of our guiding principle, “children teaching children.” Integration, engagement, and mutual support? We don’t need a script for this! By participating in a project, we all become an integral part of it, and our values drive us to action. The result? A standing ovation – guaranteed!
Due to the rapid development of our project, we are looking for volunteers who would like to join our Lelenfant family and make a real contribution to organizing this global project. How can you help us?

Who are we looking for?
Below are a few tips that we hope will convince you that the Lelenfant Project is for you:
- You have a lot of energy and want to participate in a large international event.
- You enjoy participating in workshops and have experience doing so.

Want to co-create a great show with us, but you’re still unsure?
That’s completely normal! Volunteering isn’t just about your time, it’s also about responsibility. However, we believe that working with people who become closer to you with each passing hour, participating in such a project will be not only pure pleasure but also a valuable experience that will evoke vivid memories even years later. By participating in our project, you have the opportunity to get to know its participants – our youngest artists of various nationalities! This diverse group also represents diverse motivations, personalities, and often incredible and wonderful stories, in which you’re sure to find inspiration. Apparently, some of them can literally transport you to another world…
